Uche Secondus, the National Chairman of the PDP, stated this in a letter dated February 17 and addressed to the INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu.
The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Prince Uche Secondus has condemned President Muhammadu Buhari’s threat to those plotting to snatch ballot boxes during the general elections.
Olusola Fabiyi, Abuja The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Prince Uche Secondus, has said that President Muhammadu Buhari in his alleged desperation to cling on to power has given marching orders to the Nigerian military and Police to help leaders of the All Progressives Congress oppress voters.
The meeting, which holds in Abuja on Tuesday, is expected to be presided over by the National Chairman of the PDP, Prince Uche Secondus.
The National Chairman of the PDP, Prince Uche Secondus, said this in a letter written to the Chairman of INEC, Prof. Mahmoud Yakubu.
Uche Secondus, the PDP National Chairman, made the request in a letter addressed to Professor Mahmood Yakubu, Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), dated February 17, 2019.
“We wish to draw the attention of INEC and the world to observe that the PDP has clearly and openly said it plans to announce parallel results through some funny device it has procured or developed.” It is part of APC’s plot – Secondus The National Chairman of the PDP, Prince Uche Secondus, said the postponement was part of a grand design by the APC to thwart the will of Nigerians at all costs, saying it had exposed INEC’ s lack of preparedness for the huge assignment and called on the Chairman of the Commission to resign with immediate effect.
“DANGEROUS” PDP chairman Uche Secondus said the postponement was “dangerous to our democracy”.
But unlike the PDP National Chairman, Uche Secondus, who called for the resignation of the INEC boss, Yakubu, the CUPP spokesperson commended the INEC boss for showing courage by shifting the exercise.
