During the launch in Mount Frere at the weekend, angry supporters stormed the launch, demanding better service delivery.
The incident happened at the ANC’s provincial manifesto rally at the Badibanise Stadium in KwaBhaca, which was formerly known as Mount Frere.

Minister of Communications Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams has issued an apology following an altercation with journalists when they were covering a protest action during the ANC provincial rally in Mount Frere in the Eastern Cape on Saturday.
The launch in KwaBhaca, Mount Frere was disrupted just as ANC Treasurer-General Paul Mashatile was about to speak, by singing demonstrators allegedly frustrated by a lack of service delivery in their area.
The party will launch its provincial manifesto on Saturday at Mount Frere.
