Oladimeji Ramon A former special adviser to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan on Domestic Affairs, Waripamo-Owei Dudafa, urged the court on Tuesday to hold that he was not guilty of the N1.6bn fraud charges filed against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the meeting, which lasted for about three hours, was attended by Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, former Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo, Goodluck Jonathan, Abdulsalami Abubakar and the former Head of the Interim Government, Chief Ernest Shonekan.
The administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan, acting through the then Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, had on May 26, 2015, amended the Taxes and Levies (Approved List for Collection) Act, Cap.

Those at the meeting include former Head of Interim National Government, Ernest Shonekan, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Abdulsalami Abubakar, Goodluck Jonathan.
Presently at the meeting are former Presidents, Dr. Olusegun Obasanjo, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, former Head of Interim National Government, Ernest Shonekan and former military President, Gen. Abdulsalami Abubakar.

In attendance at Tuesday's meeting are former Heads of State Ernest Shonekan and Abdulsalami Abubakar, as well as Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Senate President Bukola Saraki, former President Goodluck Jonathan, and governors of Lagos, Borno, Ebonyi, Zamfara, Plateau and Kebbi states.
Five years ago, a huge delegation of eminent personalities thronged the Abeokuta residence of former President Obasanjo, pleading with him to throw his heavy weight in support in their quest to displace the administration of then President Goodluck Jonathan.
The last time he did that to a sitting President, the opposition quickly rushed to him and made him the arrow-head of the “anybody-but-Goodluck Jonathan” coalition.
