Elderly couple murdered in Ottery – what we know so far: Western Cape police spokesperson Captain Fc Van Wyk confirmed to IOL that an investigation is underway and a post-mortem will be carried out this week.

"This office can confirm that a 59-year-old woman who stayed in Elizabeth Road, Pringle Bay, passed away this morning at about 01:20," Captain Fc Van Wyk told News24 on Thursday.
Police spokesperson Fc Van Wyk said: “The circumstances surrounding the shooting incident on 3 January in Bokmakierie where a 19-year-old was shot are under investigation by Athlone police.” No one has been arrested so far.
