Buhari had in July last year directed the immediate past Minister of Finance, Mrs Kemi Adeosun; the Minister of State for Petroleum, Dr Ibe Kachikwu; the Accountant-General of the Federation, Alhaji Ahmed Idris, and the Revenue Allocation, Mobilisation and Fiscal Commission to carry out a comprehensive review of the reporting template of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation.
Minister of Finance, Mrs Zainab Ahmed, revealed this at a workshop organised by Accountant-General of the Federation, AGF, on process of revenue generation, accounting and reporting to Federation Account Allocation Committee, FAAC, in Abuja.

The former ruling party gave the charge in responsible to disclosure by the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo that Buhari has ordered the prosecution of former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, Babachir Lawal.
Ladan made this known at the opening of a workshop on Revenue Generation, Accounting and Reporting Process to the Federation Allocation Accounting Committee (FAAC) in Abuja, on Tuesday.
The Secretary-General of the Federation, SGF Boss Mustapha said apologies were sent from Fmr Head Of State, Yakubu Gowon, IBB, for not attending the meeting.
Others present are the National security Adviser (NSA) Gen Babagana Monguno(rtd), Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha, Head of Service of the Federation, Winifred Oyo-Ita, Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Mohammed Bello and Minister of Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige, In a brief remark during the opening session, the Secretary to the Government of the Federations said that the meeting will discuss five point agenda without providing details.
President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered the prosecution of former Secretary to Government of the Federation, SGF, Babachir Lawal, and ex-Director-General of National Intelligence Agency, NIA, Ayo Oke.
The Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami (SAN), had also filed a motion asking for an order directing Onnoghen to step down as the CJN pending the conclusion of his planned trial before the CCT.
Cited as Defendants in the suit were President Muhammadu Buhari, the Attorney General of the Federation, the CJN, Justice Ibrahim Tanko, the Code of Conduct Bureau and the Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal.
