DRC TALKS ADDIS ABABA - Several African leaders, including President Yoweri Museveni and his Rwandan counterpart, Paul Kagame, on Thursday attended a high level summit in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa to discuss the post-election situation in Democratic Republic of Congo.
