Records indicate that the land was only procured after extensive due diligence and administrative reviews involving PPDA, Ministry of Lands, Uganda Registration Service Bureau (URSB), CIID, Dpp, district leaders and the community.
For starters, the DCI, EACC and the Dpp should find the report useful in bringing to book those found culpable.
The Dpp through lawyer Waweru Gatonye and Duncan Ondimu told the Supreme Court the suspects should not leave the country until the appeal is determined.
The great efforts being made by the Dpp, Mr Noordin Haji, in the fight against corruption is an unquestionable display of citizenship.
