Toyota Probox owners who used to make a living as PSV operators have given mixed reactions following the government’s order outlawing the vehicles from the public transport business.

Kirinyaga Probox and small vehicles sacco chairman Edwin Muchiri said they will continue operating since they have complied with NTSA rules and have relevant county government documents.
