The case against a teacher accused of sexually assaulting as many as 23 pupils at Valhalla Primary School in Centurion has been postponed to February 13.
A Pretoria teacher, who is alleged to have inappropriately touched learners at Valhalla Primary School in Centurion, is facing seven counts of sexual assault.
"I have obtained a statement from the deputy principal at Valhalla, [who] talks of a meeting with the accused, where he was reprimanded after complaints of similar allegations surfaced," Mkhondo told the court.
And according to section 10(2) “any person who contravenes this, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a sentence which could be imposed for assault”.
The teacher accused of sexually assaulting over 20 learners at a primary school in Centurion has been granted R8,000 bail in the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court.

On Wednesday, the Gauteng Department of Education promised that they were going to serve the teacher with a letter of suspension from the school.
